Vetoquinol announces the Rehabilitation Business Solution service

New program will provide clinics with rehabilitation training and continuing education credits

Vetoquinol USA recently announced the launch of its Vetoquinol Rehabilitation Business Solution (VerBS). The new program may help clinics begin to offer rehabilitation services.

According to a statement from the organization,1 VeRBS is a 2-day on-site program for up to 10 clinic staff members providing them with business planning services, lectures, marketing materials, instruction in the use of various rehabilitation equipment, hands-on labs, and more. Once a clinic completes the program, they can prepare to immediately launch services for dogs and felines and receive basic equipment.

“Like people, dogs can benefit from programs that help improve their physical condition and overall mobility,” Heidi Rooney, MBA, Business Solutions Development Manager, Vetoquinol USA, said in the release.1

“With the VeRBS program, clinics can make staff training and equipment selection almost turnkey. After a two-day training session, clinics will have the basics to help patients regain strength, mobility and comfort to become active members of the family again,” she continued.

The program, led by Beth Frank, DVM, MS, CCRT, cVMA, will teach veterinary professionals the rehabilitation of forelimb, neurological, geriatric, hindlimb and feline patients. VeRBS will provide participants with 10 hours of continuing education credits.
