Foxlin is an award-winning architectural firm with a wide range of local and international projects. We are looking for someone to help with administrative tasks including but not limited to filing, accounts receivable / payable, HR, payroll, accounting / tax preparation, email checking, account management, property / asset management, shopping, trip planning, laser scanning of properties, purchasing, data analytics, purchasing, marketing / social media, and much more . The salary is commensurate with experience and the location is in the beautiful town of San Clemente. The administrative work is probably part-time. If the candidate wishes to work full time, a training in architecture would be a plus.

job description

+ Assist in the management of office finances, contracts, accounts payable / receivable, invoicing and coordination with the accountant

+ Help maintain office facilities, supplies and equipment, hardware and software

+ Help with HR, payroll and audit activities

+ Answer phones, manage mail

+ Help with data entry, data analysis

+ Help with time management, including own time and that of others

+ Assist in business development, including supporting direct business development awareness, proposals, contracts and social media coordination

+ Assist with public relations / marketing on behalf of the office, including engagement of editors, editors and curators as well as social media and website development

+ Help maintain logs and manuals of office processes

+ Manage properties / assets

+ Help with as-built drawings

+ Go shopping

+ Help other businesses as needed

+ Knowledge of the construction / architecture / engineering industry

+ Experience in architecture, Ability to manage projects

+ Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese would be a plus, but certainly not expected

Salary and hours

The salary is proportional to experience. Hours are flexible but will likely require 10-20 hours / week.
